Chef Leyla & Emran.
Born in Baku, we brought our traditions, recipes, and sense of hospitality with us to California. With 20 years of experience in hospitality, we blended those roots with American cuisine and brought that spirit to Kuşadası. At Chef’s Atolye, we continue to bring Eastern and Western cultures together through food and the way we welcome our guests.
Eastern and Western palettes sit in the same rooms. The cooking draws on both tables. Two traditions of welcome become one way of receiving guests.
